You sure this is in Japan? I'd read previously about a toilet restaurant, but it was in Taiwan.
So it's either, "Only in Taiwan," or "Not Only in Japan."
You know Greg J, you are right. Thanks for pointing that out. The place where I read it touted it as Japan. That teaches me to find confirming info next time. I appreciate the correction!
